HVAC & District Cooling
Where KEZA began. Climate systems and district cooling solutions engineered, installed and commissioned to withstand the UAE's demands, including explosion-proof air handling units for oil, gas and offshore installations, a segment usually served by import. One unit, built fully in aluminium to minimise weight for offshore rigs, resolved weight, marine corrosion and hazardous-area constraints in a single build.

Electrical Enclosures
LV panels are one of our core products, alongside cable trays, switchgear enclosures and control cabinets, fabricated, wired and finished to the same standard as everything else that carries our name, for the same clients across construction, facilities and industrial projects.

Steel Fabrication & Metal Work
The discipline underneath every other line: laser cutting, press-brake forming, structural welding and precision machining, the core workshop capability that every other division draws on.
Approved vendor to Johnson Controls and Daikin, alongside SKM, Trosten and Stolway, qualifications that typically take 12 to 18 months of audit and trial supply to earn. The same capability extends to approval-gated secure cabinetry for defense end-users.

Air Curtains
The newest addition to the lineup, engineered and fabricated in-house to the same standard as everything else that carries our name. Built for the region's heat and dust, keeping conditioned air in and the outside out across commercial and industrial entrances.

Furniture & Food and Beverage Equipment
Engineered metal furniture, racking and architectural fixtures, precision-fabricated and powder-coated in-house, held to the same exacting standard as everything else that carries our name. The same discipline that shapes a steel frame, brought to food service: stainless-steel kitchen lines, counters and commercial fit-out equipment, fabricated and finished to a commercial-grade standard.
